RoxFM is a general interest regional Community Radio Station owned and operated by the people of Roxby Downs. Established in 2003 this award winning station is the only broadcast media produced in Roxby Downs transmitting to the township and surrounding areas

RoxFM engages a tremendous amount of the town's youth, who are involved with the station both on air and also a general volunteering capacity. RoxFM also works together with the Roxby Downs Area School to offer Vocational Education Training (VET) in Radio for school students.
